A contemporary extension with sensitivity to the original structure of the house was added. The roof Height and pitch was respected , with a flat roof glass linking the new and the old. The origional kitchen was turned into a utility room with the new kitchen becoming the heart of the house. A new Master bedroom and ensuite was planned on the 1st floor.
