A competition was held for the design of a New university to fill an educational need in the Northern Cape. 5 Architectural practices won the project, whom where all issues individual briefs and their own land parcels.

S+D Architects brief was very multi-functional and comprised of  residential accommodation, The main dining hall (and industrial kitchen), academic/lecture venue spaces, offices for lectures and retail spaces.
